1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the sugar-mummy.co.uk website and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

  • “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to sugar-mummy.co.uk.
  • “User”, “You”, “Member” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • “Content” refers to any text, images, profile information, or material posted or transmitted.
  • “Relationship” refers to any personal, social, or financial relationship discussed or established between Users outside the scope of this Platform.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be 19 years of age or older to register. You warrant that all registration information is truthful and current. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.

4. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.

You expressly agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform to solicit, promote, or engage in prostitution, escort services, or any form of sexual service in exchange for payment, which is illegal under UK law (including the Sexual Offences Act 2003).
  • Post, solicit, or share content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially offensive.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or predatory behaviour, including catfishing or financial scams.
  • Post copyrighted material or impersonate any third party.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect user data or interfere with the Platform.
  • Share another User’s personal or financial information without explicit consent.

5. Nature of Service & Platform Role

  • Neutral Venue: We provide a private introduction and social networking platform for consenting adults. We are not a party to, nor responsible for, any interactions, communications, or Connections between Users.
  • No Brokerage: We do not broker, manage, facilitate, or participate in any personal, romantic, or financial relationships. Any such Relationships are private matters between Users.
  • No Warranty: We do not conduct criminal background checks on all Users. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and intentions of others and for your own safety.

6. Financial Responsibility & Risks

You acknowledge that any discussion or agreement regarding financial support, gifts, allowances, or other benefits (“Financial Terms”) is a private matter between you and another User. We bear no liability for any financial disputes, fraud, or unmet expectations arising from such private agreements. You assume all risks associated with offline meetings and financial interactions.

7. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the Content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that Content solely for operating the Platform. You warrant that your Content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Service “As Is”: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by UK law.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar-mummy.co.uk, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any User interactions. Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugar-mummy.co.uk from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
